By accessing or using FreeFlowCharts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FreeFlowCharts is a web-based flowchart builder that allows users to create, edit, and export flowcharts. The Service includes free features and optional paid AI-powered features available through a monthly subscription.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
The Pro subscription is billed monthly at $7.99/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all flowcharts and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service's operation, upload malicious content, or abuse AI features.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by FreeFlowCharts. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
